RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Silver Hammock, we want you and your dog to love every ride. If you're not happy with your purchase, or changed your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy.

30-Day Returns You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return To begin a return, email us at support@silverhammock.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@silverhammock.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.
